ZSL( Zoological Society of London), is a transnational conservation charity, whose vision is a world where wildlife thrives. They’re working every day to achieve this, through their wisdom, their field conservation around the world, and engaging millions of people through their two Zoos, ZSL London and ZSL Whipsnade Zoos.

Providing what the member needs

A crucial problem for ZSL is to reduce delay times for members at the entrance to their venues and for new members that need to collect their print ID class card. For security, each card must have a print, which requires an image to be taken and the card to be published for each individual member. At renewal, new prints aren’t always demanded, so this result removed the need for queuing, perfecting the member experience and reducing the staffing situations demanded at the zoos.

Working together to understand exactly what is needed

Our development platoon worked nearly with the IT and class brigades at ZSL to ascertain the exact conditions and complications involved. erecting an automated workflow to securely admit data that drives the merged print fields across envelopes, letters, and personalized class cards with multi-way matching for pack enclosing and despatch.

Streamlined, sustainable, and future proof

The streamlined automated system for class dispatches handed by Romax for ZSL provides a future-evidence and flexible tool for ZSL to fluently and efficiently update content and dupe across their full range of member dispatches. Class renewals and monuments are efficiently managed through a carbon-balanced supplier, using renewable coffers and accouterments to meet ZSL’s strict, environmentally sustainable class dispatch conditions.
